Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress at Nadaman is responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, explaining Japanese cuisine, serving dishes and beverages, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Candidates should have relevant experience in a quality restaurant or hotel, good knowledge of service procedures, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills. Japanese-language ability or experience with Japanese dining is advantageous. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
