Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and public health throughout the resort. Requirements typically include a degree or certification in food safety, hospitality, public health, or a related field; relevant hotel or resort experience; and knowledge of HACCP, local regulations, audits, pest control, and sanitation procedures. The successful candidate is expected to conduct inspections, train colleagues, investigate hygiene concerns, maintain records, coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams, and support compliance with Shangri-La standards.
