Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations, delivering sales results and providing excellent customer service. Requirements typically include retail or telecommunications experience, leadership capability, strong communication skills and confidence using point-of-sale and customer management systems. The successful candidate is expected to coach and motivate team members, achieve sales and service targets, manage stock and visual presentation, resolve customer concerns and maintain compliance with company policies. Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays is generally required. Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment and a genuine interest in technology and connectivity would be valuable.
