Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and delivering recruitment strategies across CIMIC’s businesses in Australia. Requirements typically include substantial experience in talent acquisition, recruitment leadership, workforce planning, stakeholder management and contemporary sourcing methods. Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or other large, complex organisations is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to lead recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, improve candidate experience, support diversity and inclusion, and use recruitment data to guide decisions. Strong communication, negotiation, organisation and influencing skills are essential, together with knowledge of Australian employment practices and relevant compliance obligations.
