Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; strong attention to detail; good written and verbal communication; computer literacy; and the ability to manage confidential records. Banking operations or administrative experience is an advantage. The candidate is expected to review documents accurately, follow internal policies and service standards, coordinate with branches and internal departments, meet deadlines, maintain organized records, and identify discrepancies for appropriate escalation. Reliability, teamwork, customer-service awareness, and willingness to learn BDO systems and procedures are important.
