The Recruitment Lead is expected to manage and improve end-to-end recruitment activities for BDO Unibank, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, and hiring delivery. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with substantial recruitment experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or a large corporate environment.
