Job Description

The Client Service Associate supports daily branch operations by assisting customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, payments, inquiries, and other banking transactions. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and willingness to work onsite in the Binondo area. Previous banking, teller, or cash-handling experience may be preferred but is not always essential.
