Job Description

The Demand & Supply Lead is responsible for balancing business demand with available resources, likely covering workforce planning, capacity forecasting, service delivery, and vendor or supplier coordination. Candidates typically need a degree in business, operations, finance, technology, or a related discipline, together with experience in demand planning, resource management, project coordination, or banking operations. Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder-management, and communication skills are expected.
