Job Description

The Operations Supervisor – Outbound is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse dispatch activities, ensuring orders are picked, packed, staged and shipped accurately and on time. Typical requirements include experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations, team supervision skills, familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The candidate is expected to lead frontline employees, monitor productivity and service quality, maintain safety and security standards, resolve operational issues, coordinate with transport and customer teams, and support continuous improvement. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and basic reporting skills are important. Experience in a multinational logistics or contract logistics environment is an advantage.
