Destination Guide

The United Kingdom offers opportunities in logistics, parcel delivery, warehousing, transport, healthcare, technology, hospitality and professional services. Life varies considerably between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with large cities offering more jobs but higher housing costs. British workplace culture generally values punctuality, politeness, personal responsibility and clear communication. Public transport is strong in cities, while a car is often useful for courier work and living outside urban areas. Non-UK nationals normally need permission to work before starting employment. Courier positions may not usually qualify for Skilled Worker sponsorship, so applicants should check the latest UK visa rules and employer sponsorship policy. Relocation costs, accommodation, National Insurance, taxes and driving requirements should be planned carefully.
