Company Info

Madi Paidi Bangkok, Autograph Collection is a boutique luxury hotel in Bangkok operating under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand. The property presents an individual design identity rather than a standardized hotel style, combining refined accommodation, locally influenced experiences, and personalized guest service. Located in the leafy residential area of Thong Lor, it is positioned for travelers seeking a quieter, upscale base while remaining close to Bangkok’s dining, shopping, nightlife, and business districts. As part of Marriott International, the hotel benefits from established hospitality systems, global training resources, employee benefits, and international career opportunities. Its operating teams typically work across guest services, rooms, food and beverage, engineering, and administration, with strong emphasis on presentation, service consistency, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. The hotel is suited to candidates interested in luxury boutique hospitality within a major international organization.

Destination Guide

Thailand offers opportunities across Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi, Pattaya, and other tourism centers, especially in hotels, restaurants, diving, wellness, retail, and guest services. Island life is generally relaxed and outdoors-oriented, with beaches, markets, temples, seafood, and strong local communities. Bangkok provides more year-round career options, transport, healthcare, and nightlife, while the islands offer a slower pace but often higher seasonal demand and living costs in popular areas. Thai culture values politeness, respect for elders, modest dress at temples, and saving face; learning basic Thai is helpful. Foreigners normally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and work permit before legally working, with the employer handling much of the process. Bring authenticated qualifications, a police clearance if requested, and sufficient funds for accommodation deposits. Research housing, insurance, transport, heat, monsoon conditions, and employment benefits before relocating.
