Company Info

Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa is a full-service Marriott property located on Thailand’s eastern seaboard, near the beaches and natural attractions of Rayong and Koh Samet. The resort serves leisure travelers, families, groups, weddings, and corporate guests, supported by accommodation, restaurants, meeting facilities, recreational amenities, and spa services. As part of Marriott International, the property follows global standards for guest service, operational quality, training, and professional development. A Sales Executive supports the commercial performance of the resort by building client relationships, increasing room and event revenue, and representing the hotel to local companies, travel partners, and destination markets. The role offers exposure to an international hospitality environment while working in a growing coastal tourism destination.

Destination Guide

Thailand offers strong hospitality opportunities across destinations such as Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi, Pattaya, and Rayong, particularly in hotels, restaurants, wellness, events, and tourism sales. Rayong provides a quieter coastal lifestyle than Bangkok, with beaches, seafood markets, lower living costs, and easy access to Koh Samet, a popular island known for clear water and relaxed resorts. Thai culture values politeness, respect, personal relationships, and flexible communication. New arrivals should expect a warm climate, motorbike-based transport, and a mix of local and international communities. Foreign employees generally need a Non-Immigrant B visa and work permit, usually arranged with employer support before starting work. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, accommodation, service charges, healthcare, and relocation benefits directly with the resort. Thai language basics are useful for daily life and local business relationships.
