Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, service quality, staffing, guest satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with hotel standards. Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a luxury or branded hotel environment is advantageous. The role expects the successful candidate to lead and train service teams, manage schedules and inventory, handle guest feedback professionally, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and profitability. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential, together with sound knowledge of hotel operating procedures and a commitment to delivering warm, consistent service.
