Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will support revenue growth for Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch by developing new business, managing client relationships and promoting the hotel’s accommodation, meeting and event facilities. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel, tourism or business-to-business sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence in making presentations and the ability to meet sales targets. A professional, organised and customer-focused approach is essential. The role requires local market knowledge, effective use of sales systems, accurate reporting and close cooperation with revenue, reservations, events and operations teams. Flexibility, teamwork and a willingness to represent the Marriott brand professionally are also important.
