Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert supports front-office operations by welcoming guests, completing check-in and check-out, handling reservations and payments, answering questions, resolving concerns, and promoting hotel services. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a friendly and confident manner, good attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Previous hotel, front-office, or hospitality experience is useful, although Marriott may consider applicants with transferable service experience. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with basic computer skills and professional English. Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with Marriott systems would be advantageous.
