Job Description

The Kitchen Support Expert supports the Western Kitchen team with food preparation, ingredient handling, dishwashing, cleaning, equipment care and general kitchen organization. The role requires a strong understanding of hygiene and food-safety practices, the ability to follow recipes and instructions, and willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, cooperative and comfortable standing for long periods, lifting supplies and working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous kitchen, stewarding or hospitality experience is helpful, although practical ability, a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be equally important. Good teamwork and careful attention to cleanliness are expected.
