Job Description

The Chef de Partie supports the kitchen operation by managing an assigned section, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to approved recipes, and maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Candidates should have professional culinary training or relevant hotel and restaurant experience, strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and HACCP procedures, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility with shifts, and a guest-focused attitude. Expectations include maintaining clean workstations, controlling food waste, following portion standards, assisting with menu preparation, and communicating effectively with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team. Experience in luxury hotels or international cuisine is advantageous.
