Company Info

Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is a large beachfront hospitality complex on Aruba’s Palm Beach, operating under the Marriott brand. It includes Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club, Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club and the main Aruba Marriott Resort, offering hotel rooms, vacation-ownership accommodations, restaurants, pools, recreation facilities, meeting spaces and the Stellaris Casino. The resort serves international leisure travelers, families, business groups and timeshare owners, and relies on coordinated teams in guest services, engineering, housekeeping, food and beverage, finance and project delivery. Destination Guide

Aruba offers employment in hotels, vacation ownership, restaurants, tourism, retail, construction, transportation, technology and professional services. The culture blends Dutch, Caribbean and Latin American influences; Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish are widely heard, and residents are generally welcoming and internationally minded. Lifestyle centers on beaches, water sports, outdoor activities, dining and a warm, dry climate, though housing and imported goods can be expensive. Foreign nationals normally need an employment-based work permit and residence authorization before working; requirements vary by nationality and role, so the employer and Aruba’s immigration authorities should be consulted. Relocating workers should arrange written confirmation of salary, accommodation or housing assistance, health insurance, transport and permit sponsorship. Aruba is relatively safe, but living costs and commuting should be researched carefully. Project, engineering and hospitality experience can be valuable, especially for candidates with multilingual skills and familiarity with international hotel standards.
