Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, is a luxury beachfront resort in Doha, Qatar, operated under the globally recognized Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton brands. The property combines traditional Qatari architectural influences with high-end accommodation, restaurants, recreational facilities, and a prominent spa. It serves leisure travelers, business guests, families, and luxury events, with a strong focus on personalized service and refined hospitality. Employees are expected to follow Ritz-Carlton service standards, maintain professional presentation, and create memorable guest experiences. Destination Guide

Qatar is a modern Gulf country rather than an island, known for Doha’s skyline, beaches, museums, souqs, desert landscapes, and rapidly growing hospitality, aviation, retail, construction, healthcare, and technology sectors. Hospitality opportunities are commonly available in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering, and events, particularly for candidates with international experience. Arabic is the official language, while English is widely used at work. The culture is welcoming but conservative: modest clothing, respect for Islamic customs, and discretion in public are important. Summers are extremely hot, so indoor facilities and air-conditioned transport shape daily life; expatriates often enjoy malls, dining, sports, and organized community activities. Employers usually sponsor work visas, arrange medical checks and residency procedures, and may offer accommodation, meals, transport, annual leave, and airfare. Confirm benefits, contract terms, and recruitment fees before relocating.
