Hospitality jobs are concentrated around Nadi, Denarau, Coral Coast, Suva, and the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands. Fijian culture is welcoming and community-oriented, with strong traditions of respect, family, music, dance, and communal events. Life is generally relaxed, outdoors-focused, and centered on beaches, swimming, boating, rugby, and village or cultural activities, although imported goods and housing in resort areas can be expensive.
