Job Description

The Chef de Partie & Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing sushi and other assigned dishes to consistent quality and presentation standards. Requirements typically include professional culinary training or equivalent kitchen experience, practical knowledge of sushi preparation, knife skills, food safety, hygiene procedures and kitchen equipment. Experience in a hotel, restaurant or Japanese cuisine operation is preferred.
