Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department by coordinating room-cleaning schedules, updating room-status information, answering internal and guest requests, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have strong organization, communication, and administration skills, along with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy hotel environment. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, as is familiarity with hotel systems and basic computer applications. The successful candidate is expected to work professionally with guests and colleagues, respond promptly to operational needs, maintain confidentiality, and support Marriott and Westin service standards. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
