Job Description

The Financial Analyst – Senior Associate supports EY’s Oceania Finance team with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management analysis, reconciliations, and performance insights. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; several years of relevant financial analysis or reporting experience; strong Excel and data-handling skills; and excellent written and spoken English. Experience with ERP or financial systems, dashboarding, and supporting Australia or New Zealand stakeholders is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to deliver accurate and timely work, investigate variances, protect confidential information, meet deadlines across time zones, and communicate clearly with finance leaders and business teams.
