EY's Financial Services Organization supports banks, insurers, investment funds, private-equity firms, wealth managers, and other financial institutions. In the Cayman Islands, the firm works extensively with the investment-funds and asset-management industry, providing audit, accounting, regulatory, risk, and advisory services. EY emphasizes professional development, collaboration, integrity, and the use of technology to improve quality and client outcomes. Destination Guide

The Cayman Islands offers strong opportunities in financial services, especially audit, fund administration, accounting, compliance, banking, insurance, and wealth management. Tourism, hospitality, construction, healthcare, education, and technology also provide employment, although many professional roles favor applicants with relevant experience and qualifications. Cayman culture blends Caribbean traditions with British influences and a highly international resident community. Lifestyle attractions include excellent beaches, diving, boating, warm weather, and a safe, well-developed environment. Living costs are high, particularly for housing, groceries, transportation, and imported goods. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored work permit before starting employment; the employer normally manages the application, and approval depends on the role, qualifications, and local labor requirements. Relocating workers should confirm healthcare coverage, housing availability, immigration conditions, and whether dependants require separate permissions. Grand Cayman is the main commercial center, while Cayman Brac and Little Cayman offer a quieter island lifestyle.
