Job Description

The Slickline Service Supervisor I-III leads slickline well-intervention operations at customer locations, ensuring safe, efficient and technically compliant service delivery. Requirements typically include relevant oilfield experience, slickline or wireline expertise, strong mechanical and well-control knowledge, and the ability to interpret job programs and service procedures. A valid driver’s licence, medical clearance and willingness to work rotational schedules, travel and extended field assignments are generally expected. Candidates should be capable of supervising crews, coordinating equipment and logistics, completing accurate reports, managing customer relationships and complying with Halliburton’s health, safety, environmental and quality standards. Progression from Supervisor I to III depends on experience, competency and performance.
