Workplace culture is generally professional but approachable, with emphasis on collaboration, practical communication and work-life balance. Lifestyle benefits include diverse cities, beaches, outdoor activities, healthcare and multicultural communities, although housing and transport costs can be high in major centres. Skilled technology professionals may qualify for employer-sponsored visas, including temporary or permanent skilled pathways, subject to occupation, salary, experience and English-language requirements.
