Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager supports Gartner’s sales organisation by improving processes, reporting, forecasting, data quality and operational performance. Requirements typically include experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business analysis or a related field; strong Excel and CRM skills; and the ability to interpret data and turn it into practical recommendations. Familiarity with Salesforce, sales-performance tools and reporting platforms is advantageous. Gartner will expect the successful candidate to work confidently with sales leaders and cross-functional teams, manage priorities, identify process improvements and communicate clearly. A commercially minded, organised and analytical approach, together with strong attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills, is essential.
