Job Description

The Client Success Manager will manage relationships with Gartner clients in Australia, helping them achieve value from their research, advisory services and events. Fluency in French and English is expected, along with experience in client success, account management, consulting, sales or a related customer-facing role. The candidate should be commercially aware, confident working with senior stakeholders and able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical Gartner solutions. Strong communication, presentation, organization and relationship-building skills are essential. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, the ability to manage multiple accounts and targets, and willingness to collaborate across international teams.
