Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager is expected to identify growth opportunities, build relationships with corporate and institutional clients, develop new business pipelines, and support revenue growth for Citi’s banking solutions. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in business development, banking, financial services, sales, or relationship management, and strong knowledge of the Singapore market. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working with complex financial products, managing senior client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating across risk, product, operations, and compliance teams is advantageous.
