The HR Operations Support Analyst, Officer supports day-to-day human resources administration, employee data management, reporting, and service delivery. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field; experience in HR operations, shared services, or data administration; strong attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; and good written and verbal communication skills. The candidate is expected to process transactions accurately and confidentially, meet service-level targets, investigate and resolve employee or HR partner queries, maintain reliable records, follow Citi policies and regulatory requirements, and work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
