Assistant Operations Manager, Global Hospitality Services

Job Description

This role supports the day-to-day operation of Citi’s Global Hospitality Services in Tokyo, helping coordinate workplace hospitality, catering, meeting services, vendors, facilities support and service standards. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in hospitality, facilities, workplace services or operations management, along with strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills. Japanese and English proficiency, vendor-management experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders are likely important. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, detail-focused and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced corporate environment. Flexibility, teamwork, sound judgment and a commitment to health, safety, compliance and customer satisfaction will also be expected.
