The Service Management Analyst supports the planning, monitoring and improvement of IT service management processes across Emirates. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business or a related field, along with experience in service management, incident management, problem management, change management or IT operations. Knowledge of ITIL principles, service-level agreements, reporting tools and data analysis is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to monitor performance, prepare management reports, identify service improvements, coordinate with technical and business teams, and help ensure reliable customer-focused IT services. Strong communication, organisation, analytical thinking and stakeholder-management skills are important. As this is an Emiratisation role, UAE nationality and eligibility for the relevant Emirati employment programme are likely required.
