Candidates typically need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline, substantial experience in enterprise data architecture, and strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, APIs, master data management and data governance. Experience leading architecture teams and large transformation programmes is important, along with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
