The group is recognised for warm Asian hospitality, high service standards and distinctive resort experiences. Its Malaysian properties serve leisure travellers, business guests, weddings, meetings and long-stay visitors, combining local culture with international operating standards. Destination Guide

Malaysia offers strong hospitality opportunities on islands and coastal destinations such as Langkawi, Penang, Pangkor, Redang, Tioman and parts of Sabah. Resort jobs are available in sales, front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, diving, wellness, engineering and guest activities. Island life is relaxed and outdoors-focused, with beaches, marine parks, hiking and a multicultural food scene, although transport, healthcare and shopping can be more limited than on the mainland. English is widely used in tourism, while Malay is the national language; Mandarin and other languages are also useful. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored Employment Pass, with approval handled through Malaysian immigration authorities. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, accommodation, insurance, tax and relocation support before accepting an offer. Costs vary considerably: resort housing may be provided, while remote-island travel can be seasonal and weather-dependent.
