Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress at Nadaman is responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving Japanese cuisine, explaining menu items, maintaining service standards, and processing requests accurately and professionally. Candidates should have relevant restaurant or hotel experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a strong customer-service attitude. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Cantonese, English, or Japanese is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently in a busy luxury-dining environment, cooperate with colleagues, follow hygiene and safety procedures, and remain attentive to guests throughout their dining experience. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
