Job Description

The Product Owner, Talent Management will lead the development and continuous improvement of ANZ’s talent management products, processes and technology. Requirements typically include experience in product ownership, HR technology, talent management, agile delivery, stakeholder engagement and data-informed decision-making. The candidate is expected to define product vision and roadmaps, prioritise features, manage delivery across multidisciplinary teams, understand employee and business needs, and improve user experience and outcomes. Strong communication, influencing, analytical and organisational skills are important, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a complex banking environment.
