The Retail Products Assurance Manager is responsible for providing independent assurance over ANZ’s retail products, customer outcomes, processes and regulatory obligations. Requirements typically include experience in risk management, assurance, audit, compliance, product governance or financial services, along with strong knowledge of controls and regulatory frameworks. The candidate should be able to assess risks, design and execute assurance reviews, analyse evidence, identify control weaknesses and prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders. Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgement and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate is expected to work collaboratively with product, operations, risk and compliance teams, provide practical recommendations and support timely remediation. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Melbourne.
