Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in an ANZ branch by identifying their needs and helping with everyday banking, accounts, payments, lending enquiries and digital banking services. Requirements generally include customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately in a regulated environment. The successful candidate is expected to build trusted relationships, provide a positive in-branch experience, promote suitable products responsibly and help customers use digital banking tools. Flexibility, teamwork, sound judgement and a willingness to learn ANZ systems, policies and financial products are also important.
