The Senior Audit Lead – People and Risk Culture is responsible for leading complex internal audits across ANZ’s people practices, organisational culture and risk-management behaviours. Experience in banking, financial services, human resources risk, organisational culture or regulatory environments is advantageous, along with relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA or equivalent.
