Job Description

As a Banking Consultant with ANZ in Canberra, you will help customers with everyday banking, account enquiries, transactions, lending referrals and digital banking services. The role generally requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, technology confidence and the ability to meet responsible banking and compliance requirements. Previous banking, retail or sales experience is useful, although relevant transferable experience may be considered.
