Job Description

The Waiter Assistant supports the restaurant and bar service team by preparing tables, carrying food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, assisting waiters, and maintaining clean, organised service areas. Candidates are generally expected to have a customer-focused attitude, teamwork skills, good personal presentation, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not always be essential. Basic Spanish is normally useful, while English or other languages can be an advantage in an international resort. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with a positive attitude and willingness to follow hygiene and safety procedures, is expected.
