The company is known for its customer-focused culture, large-scale systems, data-driven decision-making, and leadership principles such as ownership, invention, and bias for action. Working in Australia

Australia offers strong opportunities in technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, business operations, consulting, healthcare, engineering, construction, and skilled trades. Sydney and Melbourne have the largest corporate and technology markets, while Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, and Adelaide also provide growing opportunities. The culture is generally informal, direct, multicultural, and supportive of work-life balance, although major employers can have demanding performance expectations. Lifestyle highlights include beaches, national parks, outdoor sports, diverse food, and a high standard of living. Housing and childcare can be expensive, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne. Visa options may include employer-sponsored Temporary Skill Shortage visas, skilled migration pathways, and state or territory nomination programs; eligibility depends on occupation, qualifications, experience, English ability, and age. Before relocating, candidates should check current Department of Home Affairs requirements, healthcare arrangements, tax obligations, rental costs, and whether the employer provides relocation assistance.
