Amazon is seeking an Electrical BIM Designer to support data-centre design engineering in Australia. The role typically requires experience with electrical building services, BIM modelling, AutoCAD, Revit and related design documentation, along with a sound understanding of power distribution, lighting, equipment layouts and construction standards. Candidates are expected to produce accurate coordinated drawings, work with engineers and architects, review design changes, maintain model quality and support projects from concept through construction. Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and experience working with multidisciplinary teams are important. Data-centre, industrial or mission-critical infrastructure experience is advantageous.
