The EACG SOW Reviewer is expected to review Statements of Work and related documentation for completeness, accuracy, governance and compliance with UOB’s internal policies. Responsibilities may include validating scope, deliverables, commercial terms, approval requirements and risk considerations; coordinating with business, procurement, legal, technology and control teams; identifying inconsistencies; and maintaining review records. Candidates should have experience in banking operations, contract or documentation review, governance, procurement, project administration or a related control function. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder-management capability and confidence working with structured approval processes are expected. Familiarity with banking controls, vendor management, technology projects or risk frameworks would be advantageous.
