The Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, processes payments, handles reservations and room requests, and provides knowledgeable, friendly service throughout each stay. The role requires strong communication, organisation, professional presentation and confidence using hotel systems. Previous experience in hotel reception, guest services or a customer-facing environment is advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and able to remain calm while resolving guest concerns.
