Job Description

This casual, flexible-hours role supports banquet and event service at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh. Typical duties include preparing function rooms, setting tables, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting areas, and helping deliver smooth weddings, meetings and other events. Candidates should be friendly, reliable, well presented and comfortable working at a fast pace while maintaining excellent guest service. Previous hospitality or waiting experience is helpful but may not be essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varying event schedules is expected.
