Job Description

The Guest Service Expert provides warm, attentive service to guests across the resort’s food and beverage operations. Responsibilities may include welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing or setting up dining areas, processing payments, answering menu questions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring Marriott service standards are met. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy resort environment. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is useful, although training may be provided. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with teamwork, reliability and a polished appearance, is expected.
