Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily guest-room and public-area cleaning, assigns work, checks standards, manages supplies, and supports a smooth guest experience. Candidates should have previous housekeeping or hotel experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety practices, inventory control, and quality inspections is expected. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts in a resort environment. The successful candidate will lead by example, coach colleagues, respond professionally to guest requests, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, and maintain Marriott and Tamarind service standards.
