Job Description

The Guest Service Support Expert helps create a welcoming and efficient arrival, departure and stay experience for guests. Typical duties include assisting with check-in and check-out, handling luggage, responding to requests, providing information about resort services, coordinating transportation and supporting other front-office operations. Candidates should have customer-service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a professional and friendly manner, good attention to detail and the ability to remain calm while handling several requests. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is expected. Knowledge of local attractions and experience with hotel systems would be an advantage. The role also requires physical stamina, teamwork, reliability and a genuine commitment to Marriott service standards.
