The Reservations Supervisor oversees daily reservation operations, ensuring bookings are entered accurately, inquiries are handled promptly, and room availability and rates are managed in line with hotel strategy. Requirements typically include previous reservations or front-office experience, strong knowledge of booking systems, sound numerical and communication skills, and the ability to supervise and coach colleagues. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, professional service, resolve booking issues, coordinate with front office and revenue teams, protect guest information, and maintain accurate records.
